USAF Civil Engineer – Served 7 years on active duty working on a variety of construction projects around the globe.

Browning Construction Company – Helped take the company from $20 million in annual sales to over $80 million, Tim worked his way up from Project Engineer to Project Manager to Executive Vice President over a 10 year span. Project include Additions and renovations to the following San Antonio ISD schools: Jefferson High School, Sam Houston High School, Fox Tech High School, Whittier Middle School, Connell Middle School, Ogden Elementary, Hillcrest Elementary, Margil Elementary, Woodlawn Elementary, and the construction of 10 new Early Childhood Development Centers. In addition worked at many campuses for Northside ISD, Northeast ISD, East Central ISD, Pleasanton ISD, Schertz Cibolo ISD, and many more. Also completed museum projects for San Antonio Museum of Art, Witty Museum, and the University of Texas at Austin. Other notable projects include the Paladium Theater and the bonfire Memorial at Texas A&M.

D. Wilson Construction Company – Started and ran the San Antonio division through one of the worst economic downturns in the construction industry. Grew the, brand new, division from $0 to over $25 million in annual sales. Projects include: 3 kitchen remodels at 3 Northside ISD elementary schools in 90 days, restoration of the historic Fannin Battleground, construction of the Field House for the State Champion Steel High School, Construction of the running trails in Boerne, TX.

Journeyman Construction – Lead a team of Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Superintendents, Estimators, etc. to complete over $25 million worth of projects from one end of Texas to the other. Projects include: Jaguar/Land Rover dealership in McAllen, Spring Hill Suites by Marriot in Houston, Hampton Inn and Suites in Huntsville, Fischer Park in New Braunfels, to mention a few.

Wurzel Builders – Served as Vice President residing over projects in Dallas, Houston and the Austin area. Notable projects include: Residence Inn by Marriot in Austin, Hilton Garden Inn Houston, Homewood Suites Houston, Country Inn & Suites New Braunfels, Holiday Inn Express in San Marcos, Lake Travis Emergency Hospital, Georgetown Emergency Room, Lakeline Emergency Room, 1890 Ranch Retail Center, Pecan Park and Wellspoint Retail Centers.
